Smoked Turkey and Ham
If you bring it in, we'll smoke it for you whole. Nothing else on the menu is smoked (no ribs, pork butt, or chicken). We price by weight at $1.40 per pound.
Secret Sauce
We feature 3 different secret sauces made from scratch: hot, medium, and mild. No one knows how to make it the way we do. We have had people try to copy it to no avail. The hickory wood gives it a smokier taste and the seasonings give it just the right punch. We don't cook where we baste, so we smoke the meat and offer the sauce on the side.
